Asih is a dedicated advocate for climate change and sustainable development initiatives, over 18 years of experience in project management. Throughout her career, she has overseen projects related to climate change (mitigation and adaptation), energy, waste management, and sustainable development in East, South, and Southeast Asia. She has collaborated with various international development agencies, including UNICEF, UNESCAP, AusAID, UKAID-DFID, UNDP, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Millennium Challenge Corporation, and the European Union.
Asih holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Diponegoro University, Master's degree in Sustainable Development from University of Torino, and postgraduate degree in Climate Change and Sustainable Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Additionally, she is a certified PPP practitioner by the World Bank, with experience in preparing PPP scheme projects such as the airport in Komodo Island and the Intermediate (Waste) Treatment Facility for the Government of Jakarta.
Asih has actively contributed at the global negotiation by participating at the first-ever UNFCCC Global Stocktake process. She represented as a Non-Party Stakeholder for Technical Dialogue 1.2 Roundtable 1 on Mitigation during COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt in 2022. Furthermore, she served as a Technical Expert at the Technical Dialogue 1.3 on Rapid Urban Development on Coastal Region during the UNFCCC World Climate Week in Bonn, Germany in 2023. Currently she’s one of the co-authors for the IPCC Special Report on Climate Change and Cities to be released as part of the IPCC Seventh Assessment Report (AR7).

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Indonesia, Meithya Rose Prasetya Puteri is a professional with fifteen years of experience in the fields of governance and development, having collaborated with various organizations in Indonesia, including the Association of Indonesian Municipalities, GIZ, Indonesia Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF), United Cities and Local Governments Asia Pacific (UCLG ASPAC), Foundation for Local Government Innovation, and the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2). Since 2018, she has focused on sustainable development, notably contributing to the Localise SDGs project funded by the European Union and UCLG ASPAC. This initiative aims to enhance the capacities of local governments in Indonesia to integrate sustainable development goals into regional development agendas. While executing this project, Meithya recognized the imperative of forging robust partnerships among SDGs stakeholders.
Meithya is member of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Indonesia, where she endeavored to establish a platform for multi-stakeholder partnerships for SDGs, collaborating with the Ministry of National Development Planning Indonesia, UNESCAP, the Association of Indonesian Municipalities, and UCLG ASPAC at both national and local levels. Currently based in Malaysia, Meithya has had the opportunity to serve as a facilitator in training organized by the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy (GCoM) Project in Kuala Lumpur. Her work consistently reflects a commitment to fostering collaboration and partnerships with diverse stakeholders to achieve overarching goals.

She has been working in urban sector for 23 years to support Vietnamese cities/towns in different international funded projects/programs, covering on sustainable urban planning, environmental protection, solid waste management, local economic development, local innovation fund, climate change and energy She has supported the Association of cities of Vietnam and the European Union Projects to connect cities/towns with different resources, expertise at international, national, and local levels.

Muhammad Adha Ilhami, also known as Adha, is an accomplished individual with a strong academic and professional background. He serves as a lecturer at Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa in the Department of Industrial Engineering since 2006. Muhammad Adha Ilhami holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from ITB, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from ITB, and a Doctorate in Industrial Engineering from UGM.
In addition to his academic role, Muhammad Adha Ilhami has extensive experience as a consultant. His expertise spans various areas, including customer satisfaction, supplier satisfaction, website/application quality assessment, and energy audit planning. He has applied his skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of several companies in the industrial sector, particularly in the Krakatau Steel Cilegon industrial zone.

Sonya excels in strategic development, program management, policy formulation, and coordinating humanitarian and recovery efforts. She has a proven ability to secure and manage significant funding (up to €20 million) from major donors (including EU/ECHO, USAID, DFAT, SIDA, GAC, Japan and others), reflecting her deep understanding of donor policies and requirements. Currently based in Myanmar as a Localization Specialist for FAO, Sonya's leadership in navigating complex emergencies and crafting sustainable solutions underscores her invaluable contribution to humanitarian, recovery, and development sectors.

Isabella is a dedicated development program specialist with over 15 years of experience focusing on a diverse range of sectors including economic development, microfinance, humanitarian aid, government, human rights, environment, and disaster risk management. Her skills encompass meticulous monitoring and evaluation (M&E) as well as operational management. With seven years at the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Emerging Infectious Diseases (AIPEID) program and four years at United Cities Local Governments Asia Pacific (UCLG ASPAC), Isabella has effectively collaborated with stakeholders from national to local government officials, academia, UN partners, donors (DFAT, EU), and civil society organizations (CSOs).
Focused on addressing pressing climate change issues, Isabella has led and co-led various projects, including the DFAT-funded KIAT GESIT pre-assessment inclusive infrastructure project, the KOICA-funded initiative with UN Women on gender equality and community resilience, and the EU-funded International Urban Regional Cooperation (IURC) Project to fostering international collaboration in urban development initiatives. In addition, she has also demonstrated expertise in climate finance and sustainable urban development as Project Officer at Fonds Mondial Pour Le Development Des Villes (FMDV). Currently, Isabella serves as a senior expert for the Global Covenant of Mayors on Climate & Energy Asia project at DAI Austria, showcasing her dedication to regional climate change efforts.
Her attainment of a Master's degree in Public Policy from the School of Government and Public Policy - Indonesia empowered her to analyse and understand policies relevant to the issues at hand, thereby facilitating the success of projects implementation.

Thanawan (‘Bam’) van Doorn has over two decades of experience working in Southeast Asia and the wider Indo-Pacific region on analysis and cooperation covering political affairs, human rights, security, sustainable development, strategic communications, and public diplomacy.
Bam currently works as a Senior Expert on Human Rights for the Enhanced Regional EU-ASEAN Dialogue Instrument (E-READI). Prior to this, she led the implementation of EU strategic communications and public diplomacy initiatives in the region as Team Leader of the EU Policy and Outreach Partnership in ASEAN Countries (EUPOP ASEAN), with a focus on promoting the EU-ASEAN partnership that contributes to the European Green Deal. She was Head of Division for Communications and Member Services at the Secretariat of United Cities and Local Governments Asia-Pacific (UCLG ASPAC) in Jakarta, responsible for policy advocacy towards cities’ achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Bam worked on ASEAN Member States’ criminal justice responses to terrorism and violent extremism as Terrorism Prevention Officer at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Bangkok. As Political Officer at the Delegation of the European Union to Thailand she analysed Thai politics and policies relevant to EU-Thailand relations, after having started her career covering ASEAN for Japan's Asahi Shimbun newspaper.
Bam holds a Master of Advanced Studies Degree in International and European Security from the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP), an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy from Thammasat University, and a BA in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University. She was selected by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) to participate in the 2018 Shangri-La Dialogue through its Southeast Asian Young Leaders' Programme.

Alke Haesra has more than 14 years strong experience on public financing. Alke’s most recent role was with PROSPERA, an Australian government Technical Assistance (TA) program for economic policy development for the Gov of Indonesia. In this position, he provided assistance to the Indonesian National Financial Services Authority under the Ministry of Finance. His advisory role focused on steering sustainable finance initiatives, including the integration of climate risk considerations into national and local development investment decisions.
Alke holds a Master’s Degree on Strategic Management from Prasetya Mulya University and a Bachelor’s from Stenden University, the Netherlands. Under his previous role as Climate Finance at the Climate Policy Initiative, Alke analysed climate finance flow tracking at the city level taking Jakarta and London as pilot case studies. Further, he conducted study in Korea and Indonesia to leverage fiscal stimulus on energy transition.
Most importantly, Alke has previously worked in PT. Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI), which is the official Indonesia National Development Financial Institution. PT. SMI oversees the channelling and pooling of all local and international development fundings, including Global Environment Fund (GEF), Global Climate Fund (GCF), and European Investment Bank (EIB). Local governments in Indonesia normally will reach PT. SMI to seek external funding support. In his role in PT. SMI, Alke has successfully executed the following projects for implementation:
